Has anyone actually received a Nintendo switch and the $200 target gift card. I left my Former Internet provider for this particular promotion and I was also promised that I would be given up to a $500 credit for whatever my former Internet company charged me for leaving them. I have been paying my bill on time for three months and received nothing I’ve made at least five phone calls maybe more to Verizon and have been promised that the switch is in the mail and that the The voucher for the target gift card will be appearing in my email or in my app. I have received nothing I have spent hours on hold waiting for people to research this. I have been waiting for a callback from Verizon representative. I was pitched this promotion by someone that came to my home and convinced me to switch and I did it because I believed what they were saying. This is outrageous and I want it addressed immediately. if it is not addressed I encourage others that are in this position to contact the consumer fraud department at the department of justice in their state. Because I Surely will if this is not corrected. It is unbelievable to me that you would send a representative to my home pitch me a promotion convinced me to leave the provider that I had and then not follow up on any of your promises. What kind of company does something like that. I’ve already spent so much time trying to get this taken care of that I can’t even believe I’ve waited this long it’s completely Out of line . I just wanna know if anybody else is experiencing the same thing or if anyone else has actually received the promotional products that they were promised.

Hello Natasha, I finally received a target gift card in my email yesterday. Now I’m just waiting for the switch. If there’s anyway I could get a status on that I would really appreciate it.

I tried all of the things suggested, including signing in on a desktop computer. There is nothing in my email, nothing in my app and nothing when I sign into my account online to redeem. I cleared the cache and still nothing. I have tried everything along with calling in several times. I was told 2 times last week that this would be resolved and just to sign in and claim. There is still nothing to claim.

I also have been told the same thing about getting a credit up to $500 for switching over to Verizon if there was a charge from my last provider. Which there was and I have a copy of my bill, but again no email sent to upload my bill for a credit. I must have called 5 times about this and they keep saying to watch my email. I never came.

Hello,
I spent hours on this with someone. I still do not have a resolution for any of the three issues I am having. I even set up a time for a customer service agent to call me back when I was at the xfinity store to discuss the credit for my leaving then early and she didn’t call at the time we set. The switch and gift card were escalated and I was told someone would contact me and have heard nothing.

I ordered mine on 6/3 and the gift card as well. Had the gift card within 24 hours and the switched arrived by 6/6

So here we are yet another week later. Last Friday I spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with two different agents and I was assured that the switch was going to be coming to my house through the mail and then I was assured that the target gift card would be in my email within 5 to 7 days I was given promo codes for both of them and neither of them worked so they were ordered manually for me is what I was told but yet I still don’t have them I don’t have a receipt and I show nothing on my account that they were ordered but I do have the promo codes that were sent to me and I do have the 3 1/2 hour long conversation that I had with somebody via chat promising me that this is gonna be taken care of once again Every time I try to contact you guys with regard to these promotions I end up on the phone for three hours promised that I’m gonna be getting promotions and I never get them. Why is this so difficult your people came to my home and convinced me to do this I did it based on the fact that I was gonna be getting these promotions I satisfied all the realquitemrnts. I’ve even been given the promo codes and it still doesn’t work what can I do to get taken care of I’m so tired of spending my time on it I just can’t believe that I’ve had to go through so much and spend so much time trying to take care of this absolutely unbelievable. I have given up on getting the additional credit that I was supposed to get if it cost me money to quit my Internet provider because no one has help me with that and I just can’t fight with you guys anymore by the time I’m done trying to get the other promotions taken care of. The worst customer service and the worst sales tactics I have ever experienced in my entire life. Has been going on since March 15 it is now July do you guys do the same people until they just give up? I really would like it if somebody could step up and take care of this for me

I still after all this time and posts do not have a switch and a Target gift card. I have satisfied all requirements to receive the switch and the Target gift card. I have been assured by multiple agents that promo codes were going to appear in my account, that they were going to be mailed to me. I have been given promo codes and none of them worked. I have been told by agents that both promos have been ordered for me. The issue has been escalated twice and I have been waiting for weeks. No one will show me anything that says these have been sent to me and nothing shows up in. Y account. I am beyond frustrated and have been lied to multiple times. When is Verizon going to honor its promises. I had Verizon agents come to my home and convince me to do this based on these promotions. I am sorry I ever switched. When is someone actually going to help me?
