Switching the rules on the switch

So when I signed up I had to choose  between a 200.00 target gift card and a chrome book. Then at the end of the call I was told I also qualified for a Nintendo switch. I remember that because the guy said see 200 for games for the switch. Now that it’s time to get the stuff I can’t redeem anything and also if I can redeem I have to choose from the gift card and the switch.

I have checked my Verizon and nothing has changed. I checked all my folders in my email and nothing new there either.
