I am a verizon home internet user and I was promised that I could apply and receive the complimentary target gift card worth $200 after a couple of months or so of getting the internet. Based on this post (https://community.verizon.com/t5/5G-Home-Internet/200-Target-Gift-Card-rebate/m-p/1734479#M1998) I was able to request the gift card however its been a few months and I am yet to hear anything back about my request. I have tried contacting my verizon agent, he suggested reaching out to Verizon customer service directly. I also tried calling verizon customer service but everytime they seem to redirect me to sales or someone else and they end up not understanding the issue or don't manage this request.
Since I have seen a few posts here regarding the target gift card, I am trying for the last time here if I can request the gift card.
