I have done calls, online chats, and even gone in-person to Verizon stores to try to get a way to get and redeem my Target gift card with no luck. I signed up for the home internet back in May and still haven't gotten a solution. August 26th I had a representative re-submit the request and was told to wait 4-6 weeks for the email; still nothing.
How do I get the promised gift card or at least the Switch?! I'm so tired of spending hours of my life on hold and repeating myself to the twelfth person about this issue. And those poor customer service people are tired of dealing with angry customers about this.
