We're glad you were able to take advantage of the $200.00 gift card promotion! That gift card will be available to redeem 65 days after you sign up. You'll need to sign into your My Verizon and go to your account page. Click on "Your home offer is ready. Redeem by XX.XX, and make your choice between the gift card and the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook GO. You'll be taken through the redemption process from there.
We hope you're enjoying your 5G Home Internet!

It ain’t their. Nothing for the gift card is there. So where’s it at. It’s not in my Verizon app. Or email.

Cyndel1987, thanks for following up. We are sorry to see nothing appears in your Verizon app. Our goal is to offer the support you need.
We sent you a Private Messsage, please review at your earliest convenience.

I’m also not seeing the link with my Verizon. I got the email stating it was ready so I followed the instructions but it doesn’t appear under “get the most out of my plan”

We're sorry to read about the issue with redeeming your offer. Are you checking on the app or on a computer? ~Peter
