Target giftcard and Switch promo

I have been eligible to claim these two promos for a couple of weeks now for signing up for home internet. I received both emails with instructions on how to claim, however neither tile is even showing up on my account for me to be able to claim them! I have chatted multiple times with Verizon and am told something different every time. First time was that it was a known issue and to wait. I waited- and nothing was fixed. Then I was told I would receive an email even though I already received an email. Still it is not fixed! For a time sensitive matter and a promise for these promos- it is incredibly FRUSTRATING!!!!

I have the same problem plus was told it's a 30 free trial the rep said that wasn't accepted so now I gotta pay 90 the 50 for the plan sn a 40 one time fee plus I can't find the  gift card they said it would be on my Verizon app after the ,25 of may plz fix this Verizon or I'm going somewhere cheaper

This is actually not helpful at all. I’ve spoken to multiple different Verizon customer service people and get a different, non helpful response every time. I’ve been told it is being worked on- get an email with a promo code to claim the switch and it doesn’t work. Then I’m told oh wait 4-6 more weeks for the issue to be resolved- granted I’ve already waited over 2 months to be eligible then I’ve been eligible for more than 2 weeks now and here I am. This seems like a big untruthful promotion to get business. My 15 years of being a customer is about to end. So ridiculous they don’t honor what they promise.
