Does anyone here know how to get ahold of a real techinician at Verizon? The problem I'm having is a huge problem in my area and customer service has no clue how to help us. I just need to know how to contact a real verizon technician (look up definition if you dont know what I mean) or how to be elevated to the highest status when calling in? Thanks
