The template that is provided on the Verizon website for requesting a bill credit for early termination fee from my previous internet provider, DOES NOT WORK!
I am currently on my 5th "chat". So frustrating.

This is for my 5G account. I recently switched from another internet provider to Verizon. I received an email, with a link, to apply for a bill credit for my early termination from the other company. The Verizon website page that has the template to apply for the bill credit does not work. It does not allow me to fill in any of the cells with the required information, nor does it let me upload my last bill from the other company.

I am having the same problem. Keep getting the run around from Verizon. Tired of being told in Chat an email will be sent to me. I still have NOT gotten an email! I searched for the form, found it, and guess what?? It doesn't work like everyone else is complaining about! FIX THIS!!!
