Verizon has never been this terrible to us. My wifi has been out since last night when I got home with no warning, I followed every procedure to reset my internet, and there was no fix. We have work to do on our computers and called customer support and they said 2 days is the quickest they could get here. We have had Verizon for I’d say around 10+ years. If you are thinking of getting Verizon please do not. There is no commitment to their longest customers. This is rediculous.
