Trying to start for the first time

Ok.  I am trying to set up the 5g internet for the first time.  I go the router in the network settings and then load the app but nothing loads.  And after about 15 minutes a red light flashes on the bottom of the router which is ASK-NCM1100.  Am I supposed to using a different internet or what.  I am so frustrated right now.

TheOmelette, no worries; help is here! You'll want to first make sure that you're getting a strong connection. If you're having trouble with loading the app, you may need to check and make sure that you have a good signal strength.
