I switched to Verizon Home Internet back in July, and when I did it made me eligible for either a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses or a $200 Home Depot Gift Card. I recently got the email that my offer is ready to redeem. The instructions say to go to My Verizon, and find the "Home Offers" under the "Make the Most of your plans" tab. I cannot find either of these tabs on the app or the desktop website. Anyone have any idea how to redeem this offer?
We're sorry to read that you are having an issue with redeeming the offer. On the website, the Home option is located right below the banner. Once you click on Home, it will be under the Make the most of your plan subheading. ~Peter
