Unable to apply for ETF credit

I recently got a 5G home internet plan, and was trying to apply for getting bill credit for ETF from my previous internet provider.

Whenever I open the link where I need to apply, it tries loading the page but then just shows the header and footer. I’m unable to see the page and apply. I tried in multiple browsers. Please let me know how to apply for ETF credit.

Hi Ayushman264. I would like to clarify my understanding. Home internet service was started on 1/3/2024 and the redemption link is giving us trouble to claim. When working on a computer, have we cleared cache?
