Unable to claim xbox promo

I’m tired of speaking with verizon support, I subscribed to 5g home plus 2 months ago, where it clearly said I was going to get the 200$ amazon gift card and the xbox series s, I did get the gift card, but not the xbox. I even asked the agent before subscribing if I was going to get both things, he said yes. And on the verizon page said it as well, both things, not just one.  I have not received any email about the xbox, I already checked the make most of your plan to see if it was there, nothing. I have talked to support several times about the issue, some of them not even knew about the promo, others said it was either the gift card or the xbox, others said they did an escalation, to this day, I haven’t received not news about getting the xbox I was promised to me. Why verizon even make this kind of offers and then is a problem for a lot of people to even redeem it

Steveneck, I’m sorry that you’ve been waiting and getting some confusing answers when reaching out for support from us. Of course I want you to be able to get any promotion you qualify for. Based on what you shared a form was submitted so you could receive the Xbox promotion related to the 5G Home. Currently there is a 30-40 business day turnaround for those submissions. That offline team is working very hard to process them all, and then email the qualifying customers, with the next steps to claim that Xbox. I apologize for the delay but rest assured, they’re working to get those processed. Thank you for your patience.

How is this going to affect me being able to claim the offer? Since on the page said to claim no later than march, 2024, and you’re telling me to wait for about a month, and that is going to go past the timeline

It’s been a month already, I have not received a single email from verizon, not xbox yet, when will this be resolved?  I keep being charged but I don’t have what I was promised with the offer

I was never able to redeem the offer since I never got it, I spoke to customer service several times, they said they were going to do escalations, I even did live support with themas well, they said they did several escalations as well, lastly they told me to wait 30 days to receive my promo, but I never got something
