Decided to use go with Verizon. Paid for 1GB service and only get max 200mbps. Later they reset everything, and brought speed up to 500mbps over wired connection. They told me if the video is working and surfing the web is not slow then connection is good, which is total foolishness . They asking me what i want to do like i am the technician who supposed to know. Its been a week since and nothing changed. I send me a new router and i explicitly state they should have a technician visit and make sure everything is good. Later the router came but no tech. Over this 1 week process i was so frustrated i decided to terminate this company and went with another which give me the 1GB speed i needed .
I will not recommend this company after this experience.
