Unable to redeem $200 Target gift card

I have been unable to redeem this offer. First the page went blank instead of taking me anywhere and now when I click on the offer it just shows instructions for redeeming offers. I have tried using the my Verizon app and several different browsers to no avail. If I could get some help with this, it would be much appreciated

Yes I do have the tiles to redeem the offers. I was able to successfully redeem the nintendo switch no problem. Now that I am trying to redeem the gift card it is coming up blank. Internet was purchased on February 29.

I have the same issue. Chatted with a rep and could not solve the problem. It does not redirect to a website, it just keeps going back to redeem. Uts very frustrating.

I am also having the same issue every time I click the offer to redeem the gift card it just cycles me back to click the offer again nothing works still have the tile to click and supposed to be able to redeem offer today

2 weeks! This is the time I'm still waiting to receive my gift card. This process with Verizon has been a huge frustation. I moved from XFinity to Verizon stimulated by their deal, but now I regret it. I used all troubleshoot they asked me to do, but the errors are the same. A loop when you click in the deal and accept the term, which redirect you to the same deal page. This loop is not only in the system, as I tried to chat with Verizon 5 times in two weeks, they asked my 2 days to send the gift card, then 3, now 5....and I'm still waiting for it. Now I'm locked in the company because I received one of the deals and I cant cancel for 180 days! If you are reading this, be careful if you want to move to Verizon because of the deals, because it is a nightmare to receive them. Now, two weeks and counting...

To add an extra component, I just chat again with a Verizon agent (at least waiting one hour) and now they asked additional 10 days to resolve my case. This is outrageous !
