Unable to redeem offer

I am beyond frustrated, I signed up for the 5G home Internet with an offer for an Amazon echo show 10/3 generation, and after 30 days of activation I have no option to choose my offer. I have contacted Verizon numerous times and continue to get a runaround and never a solution. I’m going to give them one more shot, if nothing is resolved I will be canceling my account of 16 years. Has anybody else had this experience? If you have had the same problem did you ever find a resolution

I'm sorry to hear you hav contacted us numerous times, cathyvi. We would love to help? What happened when you called in? How did you attempt to redeem this? Here's the process:

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.


Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card. 


4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:


Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.


5 Follow instructions to complete the order.
