I am beyond frustrated, I signed up for the 5G home Internet with an offer for an Amazon echo show 10/3 generation, and after 30 days of activation I have no option to choose my offer. I have contacted Verizon numerous times and continue to get a runaround and never a solution. I’m going to give them one more shot, if nothing is resolved I will be canceling my account of 16 years. Has anybody else had this experience? If you have had the same problem did you ever find a resolution
