My 5G Home Internet has been canceled since August 14, and Verizon says they going to send me a prepaid return label with the box so I can return my equipment. But I didn't receive anything in the mail for 3 weeks. Then I contacted customer service so they could send me another label, but there was still nothing. And then when I contacted them again two weeks ago, they said that they couldn't access my account. So they gave me a technical support phone number, but I still can't reach out to them. Next week will be my 30-day return period so I could get the refund for the unreturned equipment. This thing has been going on for 2 months, and I will be charged for something that I never received. I can't even return the equipment at Verizon store anyway.
