Upgrade to 5G Home

Had  LTE  Home.  Recently moved and the new address says it is eligible for 5G Home.  Upgraded.  Account now says action needed on the gateway.  Click on it and it says Upgrade/Activate to 5G Home. Click on that and says finish on the app.  Open app and click on the home Internet, goes to another screen says Looks like something went wrong try again later.  Hours of this.  Uninstalled the app and reinstalled same result.  Cannot activate/access the new 5G.  Now the whole box won't allow me onto the internet at all!  No option to activate it online in my account, says I have to use the app.  Suggestions?
