Urgent Assistance Needed: Unfulfilled Xbox Promotions for Verizon 5G Home

On December 19th, I signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet under a promotional offer that included a $45 monthly rate, a $100 Verizon credit, a $200 Amazon gift card,  and the Xbox Series X. These promotions were clearly stated as stackable and redeemable upon signing up during the specified promotional period. Initially, I took the precaution of confirming with a Verizon representative through the chat system to ensure that I would indeed receive all the promised promotions. While I did receive the Amazon and Verizon credits promptly, it has now been over 35 days, and I have yet to receive any information on how to redeem the Xbox Series X.

I have spent countless hours on the phone and chat with various representatives, each providing contradictory information. I have been assured on multiple occasions that the issue was resolved and that I would receive an email within 1 to 2 hours, yet this email never arrived. Ive been told things were escalated and come to find out they never were by some of the agents. 

The lack of transparency and consistency from Verizon has turned this into an ongoing and disheartening ordeal. As a loyal customer, I am posting this  in the hopes that someone here may guide me on how to actually escalate this matter and finally find a resolution.

I am at a loss as to who to trust and which channels to pursue for accurate information. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or can provide insight on how to navigate this issue with Verizon effectively, your guidance would be immensely appreciated.

DAY 42.....STILL NO RESOLUTION.......last week was told a "Promo fallout form" was submitted and I was indeed ASSURED that I would receive a redemption link within 5 to 7 days for the xbox. The 60 day mark is coming up and I will be then told it is past the promo period to redeem. I dont understand what kind of company I am dealing with.

Day 49.....officially 11 days left until the promotion is VOIDED.....and have not had any real resolution as a customer. 

 

Last week I talked with the 20th rep or so now and they of course had another route to take and this one takes the cake completely. they placed an order for an xbox separately from this promo and charge me $0.00 for it. I got email confirmation with delivery dates and order numbers with location numbers too. But it never showed up in MyVerizon app orders. And still has not. When you go to search for order status it comes up that there is no order with the provided order and location numbers.....Here we go again......over and over.......Nothing resolved.......

Same issue and if you get on here and read you see hundreds and hundreds of people with the same problem Verizon has upset me very much so I was promised the same thing, and did this promotion, because my son‘s birthday was in within a few weeks of doing it, figured it would be a nice gift being a single widow mother, and was promised it would be here by the time his birthday got here his birthday arrived. No, Xbox was here and I had a very upset son I’ve spent countless hours on the phone been told multiple things that it’s gonna be escalated. That emails would come I’ve yet to receive the $200 gift card or the Xbox and no one can seem to do anything about it. I am at a loss for what to do

I am experiencing the same problem with a different promotion. Did you have any luck? I’m considering other options at this point. Feels highly manipulative and wrong as signed up and got NONE of what I was promised and have watered hours and hours and was told it was fixed. Even on I was verified and it was worth $600.

I was told  initially I found t stack but I read them my email with the offer. Then I was told I had to wait until I has internet for 30 days. After 30, I followed up and they sent the Xbox. I got the amazing gift card digitally immediately .
