Picked up my new router the other day at the Verizon store, downgrading my internet speed because I don’t really need a gig. I pack up the old router set up the new one , light is solid white and I go to the back of the router and there is Xs for every field on the back and the QR code doesn’t work. Not sure if I’m missing something or if I was supposed to be given the username and password information but I was not. Would appreciate any help!
