Is anyone else experiencing any redeeming their $200 Verizon Gift Card? I have tried since the option became available last month, January 2024, and have not been able to redeem it. I have contacted customer service several times to make them aware of the issue. I have tried redeeming the rebate from my phone app, internet browser both using my phone and laptop and still NO. I keep getting a message that says, "Technical Error! Please submit your submission again." I keep trying, and I continue getting the same error message. I am so disappointed in my whole experience with Verizon as a customer. I am about to give up and realize that all the hours I have invested contacting customer service for my internet and cell phone issues are a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

I too have had a problem with this $200 rebate program. I have not received the card. I have made many calls about this and have not been able to resolve the issue. I sent a message today and got an email back that said I do not have 5G internet. I have been paying $45 a month for a number of months now. Anybody look at my account? Customer service is a joke! I have been assured many times that someone has taken care of this and i should get a card in the mail. A bunch of promises but nothing delivered. I need this resolved before I cancel service and go on a social media rant about how horrible Verizon customer service really is.
