Verizon 5G internet Gateway blocking my NAS

I just switched from Comcast (Xfinity cable modem) to Verizon 5G internet Gateway since they just set this up in my neighborhood. I have the ASKNCQ1338FA which is the small white cube.

I have it working with most of my devices that are connected to it thru an ethernet switch and also Wifi, but there are two of my devices that are no long visible on the network; my ethernet print server and my MyCloud Home (NAS).

It seems that my Verizon 5G Wireless router is blocking them.  I know this because, they both were working perfectly on my cable modem, but are not when hookup to my Verizon 5G wireless router.  Furthermore, if I disconnect the Verizon router from my network (and Mycloud NAS is connected to my PC, I then can see it and access its files via a mapped Drive to it - which is my prefered way of accessing it.

Also, if I open the Verizon Router's webpage, and look at devices, the Mycloud is listed there as an "unknown" device, (by identity of it's MAC address = unknown_00:00:c0:43:8c:f2)  so I know its on the network but I believe it is being blocked by the router.

Has anyone had a similar experience or knows a solution to this? If not I'm going to have to cancel my Verizon 5G home internet and go back to Comcast.

I have the same issue. One of my TV’s shows the Verizon wi-fi but it won’t connect. Some of my laptops connect others show the network but have an x next to them and won’t connect. I just don’t understand how this is possible. What a horrible service. I want to go back to Xfinity also. Thing is I got a $220 early termination fee which is supposed to be paid by Verizon but the form is broken so you can not submit your bill for reimbursement. This is so shady

Someone reported in another thread that if there is more than one "hop" from the internet cube to a device, then the internet service doesn't work at all for whatever is using 2 or more "hops".
