Verizon 5g home internet bill payment

Hello,

I accidentally bought a verizon prepaid card to pay my internet bill because Verzion doesnt accept my card for some reason (clincard), and I just found out I cant pay my bill with it. I bought it an hour ago and im not sure what to do. Can a verzion store employee drain the balance and replace it with a card that can be put towards my bill? This is my first month with verizon and I didnt know.

Prepaid PIN cards are not eligible for return once the scratch-off coating has been removed. If it has not been removed, we recommend returning to the place of purchase to determine card return/refund eligibility.
