Verizon Forward Discount Not Received

Hello, I applied for Verizon Internet on 05/26/24 and was approved for the Verizon Forward Discount.

06/07/24 I confirmed my application for Verizon Internet with JD and was told I was approved for the Verizon Forward and Auto-Pay Discount and my monthly bill would be $60 minus $20 minus $10 for all and my monthly total would be $30.

As of 08/20/2024 the Verizon Forward Discount has still not been applied to my account.

7/19/24 Spoke with Jeff - transferred me to Tiffany - transferred me to Chris. Chris had me re-apply for the discount (which ended up opening a new account) & send proof of eligibility.

7/19/24 Again I was approved for the Verizon Forward Discount.

Each time I apply and re-apply I am approved for the Verizon Forward Discount yet it does not show on my account.

08/15/24 Spoke with Relph and now he is telling my Verizon Forward Discount was denied. I have received nothing via email or postal mail telling me the discount was denied.

Each time I speak with a rep I have to tell them to go the Verizon website and see for themselves that Verizon is offering the Verizon Forward Discount & that I do qualify as per the qualifiers (former ACP thru Cox).

I would like for someone to actually confirm the truth regarding the Verizon Forward Discount as I am now paying more than I had anticipated.
