I'm trying to enroll in the Verizon Forward Program for 5G internet, but when going through the steps on the Verizon site, I'm asked to checkout, and the monthly cost is $60.00. I had the ACP benefit until the ACP program ended last April. I was supposed to get a monthly charge of $30.00 per month after that. How can I enroll in the Verizon forward program? When clicked, a page opened with the same steps to supposedly let me apply for the Verizon Forward Program, but the steps were the same ones I already went through, ending on the checkout page. Can anyone give me a way to enroll?

tried multiple times, and I'm being forwarded to screen as attached, tried so on many computers and different browsers an got no were at this time.

I went through the same process. Got sent to email that I was eligible. Clicked on the link provided in the email and got directed through some process where I get charged $60 per month. Tried getting help through an online chat agent. I told this person I was approved for the Verizon Forward discount program and asked for information and the individual sent me a link to an application for credit history check asking for my SSN. I got no information pertaining to my situation whatsoever. Does this program even exist, or are you just wanting click bait to sell your other services?
