Verizon Home Internet

For the last week my 6g home Internet has been very slow and unable to load many web pages. When it was 5g, it worked great with everything. This is my 2nd modem and my internet speeds are very slow. The Verizon app doesn't let me do a speed test either. I need a resolve to this ASAP. Thank you!
