I am so upset ! I used half of my Verizon gift card on my bill last month and was going to use the other half for this months bill . My virtual card is gone with the email that had the info .. so how do I get the info to be able to use the balance left on the gift card ? It still has 95.00 on it .. Verizon agent said that they canโt pull it up in the system ? Why? It has a confirmation number on my payments in the account and shows the last 4 numbers . So am I just out of luck for the 95.00? Seems a little crazy with technology these days ???
