Verizon sends verification to phone number that I don't know

Just started the trial for Verizon home internet but I can't sign into the verizon app because instead of using my phone number for the account. it's using some random phone number I have never seen before. I can't get the verification code because it won't send it to my phone number or email. I probably won't use this internet line if I can't get it fixed.
