I have same issue. Found out itโs due to Verizon. Xfinity wifi is working just fine with Apollo. Heard there may be some things we can do in the router settings but nothing has worked yet for me.

We would be glad to help investigate further. Is your internet service with Verizon Fios or part of your Verizon Mobile account?

I have the same issue. Have not been able to use it since Sunday, February 19. I have tried everything. It is with Verizon, since it is not allowing me to view anything on my iPhone either.
Talked to Apollo customer chat and they said it might be the internet service provider that put a block on it.

We are concerned to read that you are experiencing issues. Is your internet service with Verizon Fios or part of your Verizon Mobile account?

Having the same issue on 2 different Verizon 5G Home Internet routers. Apollo Group TV is no longer accessible as of last week. This is a paid TV service. Not bootleg.

im having the same issue since mid February with my apollo tv no longer loading on my phone or firestick when on verizon network. i have both verizon mobile and home internet. if i use my phone on wifi with another network i have no issues. called support 3 times and every time and was told at first its a device issue(which is all 4 of our cell phones and 3 tvs ) even tho i explained it works just fine on another network. while put "on hold" to check the problem was only bounced back to a que to do it all over again with a new rep that had no idea with the reason for my call. ended up with no resolution because its mentally draining dealing with customer service. pay way to much for services that are not meeting expectations with both performances as well as customer support. #apollotv

I have the same problem. Itโs obvious that Verizon put a block on it to avoid data usage. Switching back to Spectrum tomorrow.

Iโm experiencing the same thing. Itโs as if Verizon is blocking them. My daughter is in GA with Verizon and canโt access either.

It's a DNS server issue. I did a trial account on apollogroup to troubleshoot.
If I update my DNS servers to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) the site and streams work properly.
If I use the Verizon DNS servers - it's unable to resolve the tvnow.best redirector (for example, one is 212-102-40-171.servers.party)
I use IP passthrough, so I'm unable to tell you exactly where to update the DNS servers on the Verizon router - I'm unable to. The other option you can use is do an advanced wireless connection on your fire stick (Take a picture of your current IP/subnet, etc.) and then delete the wireless connection, create an advanced one with the information from the picture and the above DNS servers and that should resolve your issue.

Was a solution found for this issue, experiencing this issue now and some guidance on resolution would be helpful?

Just a few posts up from yours is the likely solution.
Apparently, you need to switch to different DNS servers on your FireTV stick to get that app., to work. If you're unsure of how to change the DNS servers on your FireTV stick, search on Google for a written or video tutorial.
