WNC-CR200A - Very Slow Downloads

I just replaced my ASK-NCQ1338FA that died with a WNC-CR200A model. The new one is supposedly an upgrade over the ASK-NCQ1338FA, but I'm getting consistently lower download speeds than before.  I was getting 120-150mb/s, now it is only 65-75mb/s. I did a comparison from my iPhone over 5G from the same room location and it was over 600mb/s.  So far I'm not impressed.  I wasn't thrilled with the 120-150mb/s speeds.  65-75mb/s is pathetic and makes we want to go back to Spectrum. The new gateway has firmware version 3.2.0.15.

One thing I noticed is the IP address of the gateway shows as coming from Los Angeles, CA.  I live in Jeffersonville, IN.

Ping times are significantly different when using my hotspot.

Verizon tech support found an issue with the Gateway and sent me another one.

I'm getting 250mb/s and better with the new one

If you login to the router and go to the system status page - what are your LTE and 5G signal levels at?
