'Waited a month so far...'($200 Amazon Gift Card promotion)

I have been waiting for a month for something to take effect within my Verizon account, My amazon $200  giftcard TILE BLOCK has been M.I.A from the section of my account overview page featuring  other offers and perks as a Verizon customer. I have chatted through an agent on the website in browser mode more then on 3 occasions on my concern with the status of why or whynot I have received an email from Verizon about the promotion being offered to me after my 5G Home internet router was set up and successfully activated with in the given time frame that was allowed for the amazon $200 giftcard to be redeemable by -(30 days)

About the tracking number and visiting a link to track the giftcard's status - learning of such an update so recent has me just wondering if this will not go im effect with me simply because I activated the first Tower I connected My 5G home internet  on the day I started service with Verizon - But ordered a new one to be delivered to my address since the ACP government benefit was applied through my confirmation with Verizon as the internet service I was approved for was applied to a different router on a new line. I set up service twice for the same promotional offer of the Amazon $200 giftcard. Maybe I was Obsessing over it top much in the start,  but eventually gave up on caring about it. If I get it, I get it-- If I don't get it, I don't and oh well, I guess. So what. Blame it on me for being overly hypervigilant about the process in the first place, I don't really care now.

I FINALLY got an email from Verizon with my gift card redemption code and got my $200 amazon gift card credit onto my amazon account. Thank you this is resolved.
