Waiting on refund

I returned my equipment nearly 3wks ago with a guarantee I would get a full refund. My bill reflects where I returned it bc they are no longer charging me but I can’t find anything as to them receiving it and can’t get anyone to tell me when I’ll get my refund. Help!!!
