Wow Verizon! It seems your service has become the worst. Its going on 2 weeks with our internet continuously dropping service. 3 different techs were sent with one talking to a "manager/supervisor" regarding our problem. You have replaced our ONT box, a "rouge"ONT box in the neighborhood and our router! Guess what...dropped again! Its taking my family 4 days to finish a dang movie!!!!!!😡 The techs are like, "call/text my direct line if you have a problem". Thats obvisouly a scripted line they are trained to give because not one tech has responded to our calls/texts. Then the ridiculous automation line for service....please! The text isnt even in proper English so what help are we really receiving?! I am canceling service first thing tomorrow and I have video so I will be sure to share this horrible experience with everyone I can.

Verizon 5G Home internet uses wireless signals and does not have ONT's. I suspect you have FIOS. The forums for that are at https://community.verizon.com/t5/Fios/ct-p/home
