What's the difference between WNC-CR200A and ARC-XCI55AX?

I experienced EXTREMELY slow 5G home internet for about two weeks, so I contacted customer support a second time. The representative informed me that she would send a new router. I asked if it would be the same model, and she confirmed it would be, stating that it's the only one they have. However, when I checked the confirmation email, it shows a different model router (WNC-CR200A) than the one I currently have (ARC-XCI55AX). Is this a mistake by customer service, or is the new router compatible with my setup and simply a newer model?

It is always good to clarify these type of situations. In this case, the WNC router is the latest device that we have available, and will not have any issues with your setup.

I know the WNC-CR200A supports 6GHz Wifi 6E networks. Yes, it should be compatible. Some people say the antenna is better, some say worse. The 5G signal strength and time of day is your biggest reason for your issues. Most of the time the CSR just wants you off the phone and punts you a replacement device to do such, there was nothing physically wrong with the hardware and it does not solve the root cause (Unless a factory reset would've done the same thing, I did have to factory reset my device once to resolve connectivity/slowness/etc issues)
Good luck!
