When I “manage device” for router I can’t log in on iphone

Anyone else have this problem? I can log into the my Verizon app on my iPhone and I can manage all devices except the Verizon Gateway 5g router. Once I try, I get the message “Looks like something went wrong, please try again later” The only thing that has changed is that I got a new iPad and ever since I set it up I cannot manage my router from my iPad or my iPhone. I also can’t log into Verizon Home  and I get a message “There is no Verizon router or Gateway linked to this user ID”

I am very frustrated
