Why is my Internet Speeds throttled as of being a member for 1 year?

I signed up for Verizon a little over a year ago after finding out that they finally had Verizon 5G Home Internet available in my area (West Hollywood CA). Out of the box it had great speeds pushing sometimes well over 150mb download and 40mb upload. But mid Feb speeds were absolutely throttled. Now, Im lucky if it peaks at a tenth the speed it was. There is no new foliage and the device is on the same window it's been on since I became a member. Ive even done the trouble shooting suggested in the Verizon app.
Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue seems like Verizon may be throttling it now that I am a year in. I don't want to have to go back to Spectrum because their speeds were not better (40mb down, 5ish up) but at least that horrible internet was consistent.

I appericate that you tried some troubleshooting and used the app to help with that! I'm sorry that you've been having some issues with speed. We can certinaly help look at things. Going to send you a Private Message so we can get more information, and help check things out.
