Customer service is HORRIBLE. keep saying they will escalate and nothing is done. Just silence.
customer service helped me cancel and reorder to the correct shipping address. But instead of the Xbox s & the gaming bundle, the Xbox s & 12 month streaming promo applied. This was not what I selected and nobody will fix it. I just want the gaming bundle with my Xbox. Half of the reps have no clue what I’m referring to. The lack of customer service has me ready to change everything to a different phone carrier after being loyal to Verizon for nearly 10 years.
