I just signed up for 5G home, Is it possible to set up wifi name and password before I receive the router?

No it is not, but it's a simple fix.
Once you power the device and let it activate (10? minutes) - the default wifi information is on the bottom of the router. Connect to the IP address of the router - put in the default router password - and it'll give you the screen to change the Wifi SSID and password to whatever you want.

Thrilled you were able to get a 5G Home! I'm sure will be a great way to stay connected for you. To name and change the Wi-Fi Network and password, you do need to wait to get the device installed and up and running first. Once you have, you can update the 5G Home's settings using these steps: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-227020/
