Like so many others, I signed up for 5G Home top plan. On Dec 27/ pickup on Dec 29. I’ve made 12 calls/chats. Each rep said I qualified. Email said I qualified. Never any tile or tab in app or website. Ticket opened. Reps keep pushing timeframe back. If I don’t get the promotion, I’m canceling within the 30 days. Rep has me order the Xbox and states I’ll get a refund when it hits me account. But he can’t do the same with the echo. I have to wait 3-4 days. This whole thing makes zero sense. I’ve spent hours trying to rectify that. And during this, the internet has been 30-60 mbps. They tried fixing it and cost me my entire internet access. We’ve been customers of Verizon for 25+ years. I’ve never experienced anything this bad with them or any company. Definitely has me considering switching everything to T-Mobile.
