XBox and Amazon GC promo

Wondering if anyone who signed up for 5g home internet online as a new customer actually received the promotion for the Xbox and Amazon gift card. I've literally spoken to several representatives who have promised an email to redeem and I feel like I'm just being given the run around! ๐Ÿ˜ก Verizon has no problem sending me spam email everyday, if not twice a day! So where is the email I've been told three times now by three different people that I would recieve! Pretty unhappy. If your going to run a promotion to get people to switch to your company then the promotion should be honored. Has anyone actually received this promotion? Did you have to jump through hoops to get it?

I have been trying to redeem promotion since Dec I have called and asked even on here.  When I called the lady that helped me took a very long time and talked about how she had to fill out some paperwork to submit it a different way or something it was like 45mins on the phone it was strange she said then I would get an email within a week or two nope nothing showed up so here I am still.  Basically how it is suppose to work is after you qualify for promotion it is suppose to show up in your my verizon app and you can the claim it there.   Hope you have better luck I have tried on here too and I never got a response.

No it never showed up and I never got any email or anything.

I've been trying to receive mine since December as well. I've talked to at least three different people who apologize and tell me I will recieve an email within 3 to 5 days and still nothing. Definitely feel as though I'm being given the run around.

I did get the Amazon gift card a few weeks ago, but i am still waiting on an email for the xbox.  Haven't seen anything on that yet.

I've been having the same issue! Never received any emails to redeem them. After my third attempt calling about it I was given $100 account credit (instead of the $100 Verizon gift card, which honestly I was going to pay my bill for anyways so that's fine). I also was sent the Xbox...but it's the wrong one! The Series X is what was in the promotion, valued at $499.99 but instead they sent the Series S which is the cheaper one at $299.99.

So now I'm on my fourth attempt to get the Amazon gift card and the correct Xbox.
