I have actived my verizon home internet on 16th Jan 2024 and till now i have had zillions of call with customer care but no resolution.
everytime i call customer care i get misleading information first i was told they need to escalate this which they did and follow in 5 business day then next agent said cant see escalation so raised again then again no response . Now today a new request is raised again and i am just done with this nonsense.
So i had raised a original order - which had xbox offer which got cancelled due to incorrect address and agent raised new order which the agent told me dont worry offer will get applied.
Now here i am still waiting and to be honest i joined for xbox offer and if this is not resolved then i am closing home internet and mobile too.
i will open a bbb complaint and then i off verizon for ever as this is nonsense from a month i have been following up.
this is last try if i get any resolution else its time to get done with verizon.
