Ordered 5G Home Plus internet on Nov 23 and connected it on the 25th. Have had it in good standing for more than 14 days (as stated on the offer) but see no offer to redeem. Can someone help?

If I can't redeem will have no choice but to file a complaint to the FCC

We don't want you to miss out on this great deal. In this case, if you meet all requirements, you will see a tile under your My Verizon account that says "Make the most out of your plan" from here, you will be able to redeem it. If you have any issues, let us know.
