The Xbox Series X promotion that ran during the 2023 is not real for every customer.
I have been run around again and again, logging hours each phone call and chat, for half a month with no resolution. Each time I have been told that it will be resolved within 5-6 business days. No matter what day I call, it's always 5 days away. Support requests have not been handled but have been moved into resolved status when there is no resolution.
Over the course of these calls I have been lied to again and again about what can be done.
I know people in my personal life who were able to call in and have their issue resolved within the frame of that call. The resolution? They had their Xbox written off and sent to them.
Like others, I will be forced to file a claim with FCC and BBB in order to get this handled. At this point, I will not be surprised to see a class action suit against Verizon for failure to fulfill their end of the promotion- something that has been a problem with them for years and is not exclusive to this promotion.

Verizon. I am having same issue. I will be seeking a lawyer as this is not right.
