Xbox Series X promotion issues

I have been reading through the posts regarding issues with the Xbox Series X promotion back in December. I signed up for this promotion and now each time I call Verizon customer service they are unable to locate the promotion. How has everyone resolved this issue? I keep getting the runaround and told this promotion never existed but then I finally get to someone who locates the promotion and tells me I will receive an email when I can redeem it yet I never receive the email.

Hi JamieMM75. the Xbox eas an exciting promotional offer and waiting is also frustrating. When you have contacted us, was there any steps taken to escalate your promotional offer and expectations for when the email was to be received? We know the fallout form, if this was submitted, will take between 35-40 business days for the redemption code email to be sent.

I have the same issue they have opened up around 7 tickets and still nothing I’ve called and they tell me they will call me back in 48 hours so I don’t have to keep calling them and it will be resolved but nothing has changed. I signed up January 2nd and I’ve gotten no were for 3 months. They sent me a promotion code after the 2nd ticket to redeem the Xbox and when I tried to redeem the promo code it said promo code not applied to the item in the cart. I call them and the same questions keep getting asked and they open a ticket and no response from the ticket and they said they have to send responses 3-5 business days..

- After 6 calls and 6 different trouble tickets, they are only offering a credit to the bill for the equivalent of the price of the Xbox.
