I was told that once I received my Internet box for home 5g plus and activated it, I would get a $200 Amazon gift card and a holiday bonus Xbox series x. I got the claim for the gift card and all went well with that, but I never received a claim offer for the Xbox. I activated my Internet around 12/22/23 and received the Amazon claim the next day. When I didn't get the claim for the Xbox I chatted with a representative online and they assured me that my claim would be emailed me in 7-8 days. It's been 9 days now and still no email. I switched my Internet after many years with that provider and although it's a better deal I still would like what I was promised. Not sure where to go from here. I really don't appreciate being promised something to switch and then not getting it. We are not starting off on a very good business relationship.
