When I was made aware that Verizon offered home Internet, I was also informed I would receive an Xbox for a new Internet account. Since I have been a mobile customer for 11years, and was also adding a new mobile line, it made sense to switch service to Verizon home. That was MAY 2023. I have made multiple attempts to receive the game system, only to be transferred and cut short. I would appreciate a proper conversation on the situation.
