I signed up for home internet with the Black Friday sale and still have not received my Xbox. It says order processed on 11/30 waiting for shipment. It has been past the 6 weeks (today is Jan 12th)they said it could take. I have called multiple times and the reps are very confused. I will most likely be cancelling my service because Verizon did not live up to their end of the deal.
