Yes so I'm already about to cancel service as I feel like I was duped into a contract. I was promised an Xbox series and have been trying to claim the offer for over an hour now! If I would've known they'd play me like this I would've went to T-Mobile for a free 50 inch TV instead. If I don't receive my gift as promised I will be filing suit for false advertisement.
