Wondering if any other Verizon customers have had the misfortune of having verizon falsely advertise a Xbox series X with the purchase of their 5g home internet plus. It's been 3 months and after hours and hours of calling verizon to fix this issue and 17 reps later they just can't seem to tell the truth and have given every excuse in the book.
