Same as everyone else, activated 5g home Internet, and am unable to claim My Xbox series s promotion and my $200 Amazon gift card promotion. It shows up on my account, but says there's an issue whenever I try and redeem them.

Same here. Activated 5g home last Saturday. No x box, no gift cards, no emails. 4 chat sessions and 2 calls. Verizon support is non existent. This is standard bait tactics. They will try to keep you the service for 60 days, and after you will not be eligible for anything. Agents only interest is to make a sale, not to honor anything. If you didn’t receive the promotional on the same day, after activation, it means you will not receive it at all. So just keep the service if you like, but you will waste hours for nothing, trying to get the promotional value

Hello, shanec4494, I'm sorry you ran into an issue when trying to claim your Xbox and Amazon gift card. We are aware of this issue and will be implementing a fix today, 12/13. To claim your rewards, you will be able to sign in to My Verizon or the My Verizon app and click on the tile to claim your offer for the Xbox and Amazon gift card.

Hi - I signed up for promotion on Nov 26th 2023 and the promo language said "Xbox Series S on us. Online only offer valid thru 11.27.23.Online only offer valid thru 11.27.23.Online only offer valid thru 11.27.23." The order completion email in my inbox said "Get your choice, on us: As part of your order, you qualify for either an Amazon Echo Show 10 or a $200 Amazon.com Gift Card, on us.***
Somehow the Xbox promotion was no longer included? An email to redeem xbox, amazon gift card or amazon echo show never arrived in my inbox. I called Verizon and they said they have submitted a ticket and to wait, should be there in 5 days and sometimes you have to wait until 60 days after activating your service. Still nothing arrived and nothing popped up on the "Make the most of your plans". It has been almost 3 months since I activated the service and no rewards of any kind have been given.
Can someone please look into this? As a 10+ year Verizon customer, the promises made and not delivered isn't great to see

Hi Gilbert, over the phone multiple times. I believe the ticket was submitted in January and this is the ***** is the ticket number

Thanks for confirming that you worked with my colleagues on the Xbox promotion. Currently there is a long turn around time for those submissions, 30-40 business days. The team working on the submissions, is getting to them as quickly as they can. Once they've reviewed a submission, confirmed everything matches, they'll then email you with details on how to redeem and get the Xbox. I'm sorry for the delay, but they are working to get everyone who qualifies for the promotion set up so they can get that Xbox.

I when I switched my acct the promotion was an Amazon card and Xbox s only received the Amazon . When I tried talking to support they said I qualified then got switched to another person and got the round around. That he promo was for dates way after I ordered. So either I was physic or they just don’t want to honor their advertisement

You are not the only one. I'm on fighting with a Verizon customer care rep who is trying to tell me that you get either the Xbox or the Amazon gift card. I am absolutely furious. I would've never signed up with Verizon if I knew they didn't keep their promises.
